Posso dirlo?

(Poi, tutto troppo rapido, veloce e annacquato qui, dai)

When not trying to be a botany textbook this is decent enough. I really like Gill's art and I'm really glad they wrapped up this storyline (hopefully). Although we certainly haven't seen the last of Mr. Peaco*ck and Xeno. A little strange that Quentin was completely absent here as was Forge even though they appear on the cover and were part of this story in the previous issue.

Really enjoyed the art and don't mind Sage being a ripoff of Oracle, but I feel like X-Force is losing its edge. I could be in the minority but this group (and comic) is the best when it is a dark as f. Basically the tone that was established in the post-Hope era.

Was really happy not to have Quentin in this issue. Don't hate him, but he just doesn't seem like a good fit in X-Force for me

This arc really hasn’t grabbed me. I find the whole telefloronics thing a bit beyond me, but on top of that this issue uses the whole “you’re unknowingly working for the very person who wronged you” trope…which is so over done that it was used in the Snake Eyes movie that I watched last night.

Also…come on…a version of Man-Thing who kills people called Man-Slaughter? Maybe I’m just too old to do anything but roll my eyes at that. I usually enjoy Percy’s writing, and this issue certainly isn’t bad…it just didn’t really do anything for me. Maybe it’s because I’ve got too used to single issues also furthering some overarching plot.

The art is also…just ok. I mean, like the writing, it’s not bad, but it could be better.

Overall this is a perfectly decent comic, I’ve just come to expect more from the X-line.

11 of 16, almost there!!

X-Force has dipped from being brilliant to merely average/slightly above average.

Personally I find the main reason being it's got so convoluted that I've no bloody clue what's going on! It's been 3 years or thereabouts and we still don't know who the bad guy is behind it all, 3 years.....

Lots of action in this issue, I think it may have solved the issue with the evil plants that been bothering them but I'm not certain, it ended rather abruptly.

I actually quite liked Man Slaughter, shame to see him disappear out the picture at the end.

This is twice the gates were hacked. There should have never been a third. Reading this now knowing what is coming is just sad. Because the mutants brought it upon themselves. Infighting and hubris brought down Krakoa. This leak should should have been plugged immediately with redundancies in place. But it wasn’t so “fall of x” is where it lead too. Damn. Hopefully they will still have Arrako when all is done. But overall. Excellent read even without knowing the future this was a well executed end to the arc.

One of the stranger X-Force storylines. It might be filler, bit Cassara's art is always terrific.

The imagery is so cool in this. The plant body on the doctor is my favorite. It was a fitting end to the doctor. A little lacklustre for me but that may be because I've been away so long.
