We are currently recruiting a Social Media Manager for La Vita Sukha, a coliving and retreat venue in Puglia, Italy. We are seeking a volunteer willing to work with us in exchange for free accommodation between August 1st and November 30th (final dates are negotiable).
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a social media manager
- Ability to stay with us in Puglia
Preferred:
- Experience working with colivings or retreats
- Experience in personal development, spirituality, mindfulness, or travel niches
Responsibilities:
- Developing a cross-channel social media marketing strategy
- Creating carousels, single image posts, and story posts in Canva
- Filming and editing video content (reels, TikToks, etc.)
- Engaging with followers on social media: following people back, liking and commenting on posts, responding to DMs, etc.
- Analyzing performance and adjusting strategy accordingly
